Her deeply, defiantly weird dystopian-diva routine is way more exhilarating live than on her Metropolis: The Chase Suite EP, wherein the lovesick-android-on-the-lam shtick gets a little distracting. More Suites are planned soon, though, and power-r&b smash-in-the-making “Tightrope” is a monster, so.”

She was amazing at the Afro Punk showcase. She was the only reason I went and the only show I payed for the whole week. It was money well spent!

Hey guys and dolls!
March 17th, 2009
Happiness!! What a refreshing idea, don’t you think? It tastes so much better than sadness! Recently, I got together with my buddy Cee-Lo and new pals Butch Walker, Polow Da Don, Patrick Stump, Brendon (Panic at The Disco) and Travis McCoy (Gym Class Heroes) and recorded a fantastic new tune called “Open Happiness”. It premiered yesterday (Monday, March 16th) on Myspace and is available worldwide today on iTunes.
The song was so much fun recording! We started laughing and singing and whistling and before we knew it, we had “something new”. Hopefully, this song can be your umbrella on a rainy day or a jacket over your puddle!
Remember: The bridge between us IS a rainbow,
Jane
