Does Anyone Care About Her Words?

Now maybe I take my fiction too literally. Maybe this Greendown guy is just a character that her story used. However my fascination with this lady rest on her tale being real. I once heard in a song that all of them had a purpose, and most happen to be beyond what most take from it. My thing is if one appreciates an artist's work shouldn't one seek more understanding for it? Beyond that I just really have a feeling that she is really on a mission and I'm growing dehydrated in this desert of mystery trying to figure out what her thirst is... So is there anyone who wonders what the story is beyond the Archandroids tale?

In a sense the political system that drives their world, is a part of his ability to fall in love with her. It is a fight for love, while beating the conformities being forced upon the people today. With dreams of changing for the better being a reason for an improved tomorrow. I take the albums as her voicing how sometimes love is strong enough to grasp how to conquer everything else. I say that because their forbidden love is connected to her screams that segregation is not only still apparent but it comes in different forms. However as in her song she’s going to fight. I guess that’s part of what has me hooked on her tales. Not only the fact that I can only give my opinion to it; but that she is strong on hers. Whatever, it may possibly be.

I definitely agree with you. I feel all the characters mentioned in both the “The Chase and Arch Android” deserve their own album. It is only to know and understand their story too. I feel there are no good or bad people in the world, because at one point each of us was born innocent. For a character like Greendown, I feel there is something in his ability to fall in love with Cindi Mayweather, someone who symbolizes "the other". I feel many people today get caught up in following trends and the in-crowd that often people labeled as weird, mysterious, are left out.

I think we can learn about the heart and mind of characters like Cindi Mayweather, Anthony Greendown, and the political system that drives both their world and OUR WORLD.

YES, I so agree with you. Janelle Monae is a one of a kind entertainer. She carries grace and elegance with her music.

Totally agree from the start i felt she was connecting some pieces to her life..many artists try not to do but as her being devoted in to her music thus knowing music is apart of her life you cant take those two apart and not necessarily saying its a tell all but i feel impacts of her life:)
